        ATTN:   TTF's

One can summarize Tiger's 4th round @ the 2012 Pebble Beach National Pro Am by looking at a single shot.

Tiger's birdie shot @ the 18th hole.  Clearly as he prepared for it, he just didn't care anymore about the tournament, so Tiger gets a par on the last hole.          :(

Nevertheless, I shall not give up on the great Tiger Woods.   Why?

Because, Tiger Woods' destiny is to pass Jack's record of major wins on the PGA Tour.         :)

Finally, Tiger has to show his children that sometimes in life a person struggles but the true measure of a person's character is how they handle such times in their life.

I think we jinx Tiger , when he does well  going in to the final round and WE EXPECT a WIN .  because we want him to win so badly, so the media will get off his back!!

What do you guys think???

Von, you stated: "...the true measure of a person's character is how they handle such times in their life."
Von, I agree.  In fact, Tiger is more of a hero to me now than previously, regardless that his problem was self-inflicted.

Welcome to the message board.  So happy to have another intelligent Tiger fan join us.  And your post was excellent.  99% of the people on this message board who are true Tiger Fans know that Tiger will come back -- the other 1% are people who only come on the board to aggravate the rest of us -- they are true Tiger haters and have nothing better to do with their time.  I have the utmost faith in him -- but I want him to bring the old Tiger back onto the golf course -- the "I know I can do this better than all of you"  Tiger!  Since they have ripped him to shreds over the last 2-1/2 years I truly believe he is trying too hard to be someone other than who he really is to please the media and TGC and the PGA  - he made golf what it is today -- and he needs to remember that.

HEY DAD,

HELP ME UNDERSTAND . . . the "state of mind" of the OTHER twelve hundred (1200) pro-golfers on tour (over the past thirty (30) years, when TIGER WOODS won fourteen (14) Major championships (and 71+ PGA events).

WHY didn't they come through every Sunday; WHY couldn't they "see the line"; WHAT kind of "mental block" did they have all these years; WHAT caused them to "lag behind in the final round" . . . YEAR, AFTER YEAR, AFTER YEAR??

BY CONTRAST . . . Phil has been in the TWILIGHT "ZONE" the past two (2) years; while Tiger gave him one chance after another to live up to the hype the Golf Channel (and others that share your desire to always find fault WITH TIGER) when things don't go exactly as planned?

Please have your DETAILED ANALYSIS on my desk (of the "condition" of the other golfers), by noon tomorrow.

ANY QUESTIONS ??
