HEY TIGER TROOPS,

Lets all brace ourselves for the "perfect camera shots" (and replays) of Phil kissing his "perfect" family on camera at Pebble Beach, on The Golf Channel and CBS, for the next five (5) years.

Did you see the commercial immediately following the match; with the amateur golfer tossing his club,  that had his golf cart taken away (by Phil Mickelson), who made a smart remark to one guy that just happened to be wearing a (red) shirt.

NOW, ASK YOURSELF . . . would you rather have Phil's forty (40) lifetime PGA wins . . .(or TIGER's  71+ wins); would you rather have Phil's bank account (or TIGER WOOD's bank account) ?

Congratulations (to Phil) for his first win (in God's knows how long) . . .

See you at THE MASTERS.

HHMMNN, need I say more??

Oh yeah . . .

LOVE YOU TIGER . . . always have . . . always will . . .

BIGDADDYTAP,

Oh My Gawd,

WHAT IN THE WORLD are you talking about ??

Why don't you psycho-analize the rest of the golfers at Pebble Beach, that finished AFTER Tiger Woods?

There is NOTHING WRONG with Tiger Woods; he just didn't win this match . . . this time!

ENOUGH WITH THE DOUBLE-STANDARD !!

LOVE YOU TIGER . . . always have . . . always will . . .

IT HAS BEEN TWO (2) YEARS . . . (for Gods' sake) . . .

Tiger has GIVEN Phil many, many opportunities to get his game together;

time after time, Phil failed.  Today, he finally won one (1).

Its nothing to write home about; and we all know that.

LOVE YOU TIGER . . . always have . . . always will . . .

Eyeofthetiger,

Tell'ya what ...rather than assume I'm wrong with my comments about Tiger, why don't you ask him yourself if I'm even remotely correct, or not.  If he was completely candid in his reply, I think you'd be surprised at his answer.  I'm not maligning Tiger in any way, just attempting to figure out what his mental block might be.

Tiger mentioned, himself, immediately after the tourney that he, "Just couldn't see the line. (putting)", etc, which indicates to me he wasn't completely focused on the task at hand; i. e., a mental block of some sort.  I love Tiger as much as -- if not more than -- the next Tiger fan ...heck, if he needed a kidney I'd offer him one of mine.  But, the fact remains something is causing Tiger to lag behind in the final round of his most recent tournaments after he's played near flawlessly the three preceeding days.

By contrast, Phil was in the zone today ...he went out (under the same playing conditions as Tiger) and shot eight under par to come from -9 back in the field to win the tournament .  I'll sure as heck bet he wasn't able to do that because his "mental game" was on the fritz.  No, he did it because he was brimming with confidence, and Tiger didn't do it because his confidence level was nowhere near that of Phil's ...for whatever reason.

I'm no different than every other Tiger fan ...I just want to see him back to his old kick-a-and-take-names self ...preferably, sooner, rather than later.

Fairways and Greens ...Eagles and Birdies, Tiger!

Don't know how much golf you play.......but if you play regularly you know there are days you have it and days you don't!  Golly, if I could get the driver, irons and putter to all work together in one round I'd be heading to the tour! :-)  Golf is fickle....

Phil has not been the most consistent player of late.....Luke Donald took that away from him last year.  And Luke is not off to the best of starts this year.  Tiger has had lots of turmoil in his life, taking on a new swing, and is finally beginning to put some rounds together nicely.  He is striking the ball more consistently.  But with all the emphasis on tuning the swing, his short game and putting has suffered.  Give him a break!!  Give him your trust!!  Give him your belief!!

YES HE CAN......YES HE WILL......WIN, WIN, WIN!!!!
