If only one win is in store.....then I'd pick the PGA (Major #15)......however, he needs to go into the Bridgestone with full intent to win (which I know he will do!)

lol !!

now that's a plan.

i love it!!!

yes.   i agree.  that will be his mindset to win the Bridgestone.

and to win the PGA too.

and moving into second place in world rankings ain't bad.

just shows the depth of his improvement from tourney to tourney.

I'm curious to see how close he is to #1......guess will have to wait until tomorrow :-(

yeah.  those results were posted by 03.

no....I am talking about actual point average......we won't know that until tomorrow when the OWGR posts results from the Open......  He was down from #1 by two full points pre tournament.....I would guess he has tightened that lead some this week.....

yeah.

tomorrow we will have the details because he still finished ahead of Lukey.

Yes....but it's not just the points earned, but the points lost that factor into the total......Tiger has little points to lose due to his not playing much in 2010/11 while Luke was playing well during that period.  So I would guess the gap between #1 and #2 will narrow......

I like his chances at Bridgestone. His health and swing aren't as big of issues as they were the last two times he hacked it around that course. It's been a successful year for him so far, and I expect it to only improve.

The PGA on the other hand, I'm hoping for top 5.

I would be absolutely shocked if Tiger doesn't win Bridgestone. There are three events that if Tiger even has his B game that week, he doesn't lose. Those tournaments are The Arnold Palmer Invitational, The Memorial Tournament and WGC-Bridgestone. Tiger doesn't lose those events when he is playing decently. He won't lose. The PGA is the bigger question, I don't know how he will fair there.
