I would add Jim Nanz & Peter Allis.

Not Nantz. He won me back over with his comments on Sunday.

I seriously can't stand Nick Faldo.   Remember his remarks not too long ago:
Faldo had stated that he felt Woods had lost all self belief, Woods responded with a very simple remark, stating that critics were “not in my head” and “they must have some kind of superpower I don’t know about
Wonder what "SIR" Nick is going to say now.
Johnny Miller did have some good things to say about Tiger in Golf Digest.  He said Tiger is the greatest Sunday pressure player ever, and predicted he would win 3 or 4 tournaments in 2012.  He also said that he believes Tiger will at least tie Jack for the most majors.

I think we all jump on some of these guys too fast. Mostly guys like Jim Nantz. Nantz doesn't owe Tiger anything. He broadcasts the NFL and college basketball in addition to golf. He is not an analyst. His job is to spice it up a little bit. But analysts like Faldo, Chamblee, Miller, Nobilo, etc owe their current jobs to Tiger. Without Tiger, there would be nothing to talk about in golf.

On my list are Alex Miceli and Renton Laidlaw.    Although personally I did not hear either one of these characters indicate Tiger would never win another tournament but both over the years spoke of Tiger in grossly negative terms.    Tiger and Alex had a face to face incident at a presser  whereas  Alex asked Tiger how did it feel to be one of the worst golfers on the planet.    Tiger came back quickly and deadly with a cutting reply.    There was a time when Tiger played numerous tournaments in Europe each golfing season.    During such times Renton enjoyed making cheap shots on Tiger's golfing skills.    I don't know if Renton will cover the 2012 Open Championship but watch out for him and his comments on Tiger.

My problem with Jim Nantz is his hypocrisy. The man bagged on Tiger relentlessly regarding his extra marital affairs. All the while, Mr. Nantz was doing the same thing and it cost him a boat load of money. I have no use for hypocrites.

Bramble Chamblee and Nickels Faldo.  I cannot stand 'em.

I have 2 gris-gris (aka voodoo) dolls; and they're aptly named for those two.

An occasional pin, strategically  placed when they make their usual bonehead remarks, is their punishment.

I also turn a deaf ear to Annika; she has a penchant for dishing negativity about Tiger as well.

I heard Nantz' remarks on Sunday but he did not win me over with them.  He has made many snide remarks against Tiger,  with his constant praise of  Mickleson as   "the ultimate family man" and being "so good to the fans".   He also stated once during Tiger's early return to the game that "Tiger had taken the Lord's name in vain" after an incident where having made a poor shot Tiger was heard saying something like "Oh God Tiger"!  Such a hypocrite!    What  about the old adage "those in glass houses should not throw stones".

Listen hard this weekend at Greenbrier with Mickleson in the field, see how many times Nanz brings his name into the conversation and note how desperately he wants Mickleson to win out against Tiger.
