It's not the first 2 rounds that matter the most. They are not really going head to head unless playing the final round together, with the title on the line. Personally, I have always thought the media have completely hyped the rivalry and so called dislike between the two. Sure they may not be best buddies, that is only natural when you look at their personalities, however, they both can get along quite well with each when teamed up. It just makes good press to hype this up. Kongo

I soooo agree!  TW & PM are competitors on course......the media just looks for the smallest things in order to get fans attention!  Remember when Tiger won the Fed Ex Cup last time.....Phil won the tournament, but Tiger won the Cup.  At the awards ceremony Phil commented "I won but he gets the big check".....the media loved it and from then have tried to put a ravine between them.  But they do admire each other and are often seen joking around.....

And oh yes......their personalities are night and day apart!  PM likes to show off...."I'm the greatest thing to golf since....." while Tiger quietly goes about business. Guess that is what happens when you have "always been the bridesmaid"

At the President's Cup Amy was chatting off TIGER's ears.

I don't think there is any animosity between them.

I do think they are friends.

Aye, Aberdeen. Been here?

You think Tiger and Phil are friends?

Yes, I do.

If not, Amy would not be walking and

chatting with TIGER.
