before Jordan retired......... 

i think it was the first time .......  or something.

anyway.   we were in Chicago @ the Western Open. 

and of course the fans are just wild about both you

and Jordan there!  

but Jordan hadn't  quite made his decision about

retiring yet.  

and you could hear the fans, as throngs of them were

following you, calling out to one another in that Chicago

style accent.  they would say loudly to one another.   

"hey.  what's mike gonna do?" 

and then another Chicagoan would give his opinion, etc. 

and we heard this all around the golf course.  


and i am just asking you, minus the chicago style accent, 

hey, what's Tiger gonna do @ the 2012 Pro Golf Season?

Dear Tiger,

I don't know if you have time to read any of these entries  but  I want you to know that I believe in you. I am a 69 year old grandmother who simply adores you as my own son. You have brought me so many hours of enjoyment  and because of you, I have started playing golf. Lately, you seem to be so lost in a world that you dominated. Please believe in yourself again, you are one of the best golfers who ever lived and I pray for you to have the confidence and the skills which you once had. I know that you are making changes to protect your injuries and it all takes time. Sometimes, as fans, we are impatient because you have spoilt us with your magic and imagination. I am confident that you know what you are doing; you have won already and you can do it again. Let your clubs do the talking and silence all your detractors. When you are frustrated, and you have every reason to be, try not to swear  or throw your clubs as it only provides ammunition for your critics. Channel your anger into your game and continue to give it your best..as I know you are. I am looking forward to seeing you at the Players. I am told that it is not one of your favourite courses but you are "better than most" and Butch Harmon said that you should remember that you are Tiger Woods. I will be rooting for you as I always do. Take care of your health and practice the calming effects of your Buddhist roots.
How are Charlie and Sam?  I hope that you are enjoying them as children will love you unconditionally. I have two grandchildren, a boy and girl both born around the same time as your children and I know how much fun they are at this age. Would like to see some pictures sometime as they grow up so fast..but I understand that you are very private about your family.

Welcome to the message board.  That was a really nice post.  And I can tell it came from the heart!!!!  We love having true Tiger Fans join us.  We'll all be here for the tournament cheering Tiger on and supporting him as we always do.  Hope you join us!
