                 Serena "The Great One" is stil in the game.     Ha Ha      

Serena lost me as fan when she abused the chair umpire in the U.S. Open.

 

 

How soon you forget.    Yes, I was disappointed in Serena's conduct verbally abusing that incompetent lineswoman but I was also disappointed in November 2009 learning about Tiger's personal conduct too.    

Did Tiger lose you as a fan?  

 

 

Tiger made some mistakes that I don't condone but in my thinking, threatening someone is the worst thing someone can do other than follow through.

 

 

 

Of course, Serena Williams is a "Great" athlete.     Any professional tennis player with 13 majors is "Great".   Here is a quick reminder for you, Tiger Woods with 14 majors is a "Great" athlete too!!!!       :)

 

 

 

I'm not trying to make excuses for Serena, but in the heat of battle w/in a match I say Serena lost it.    That was on the job in front of the world.    However, one of the truly worst things someone can do, is to fail their family.    You need to look at Tiger's apology speech and focus on his mother's painful expression.   It is important to keep things in proper perspective.
