Thanks for your kind words.  I really was just going to put something together for myself but then I thought others might want it as well.  As soon as I get the ok, I will put the final touches on and decide how much I want to add on to the printing cost for a donation to the ejaf per book.  I will probably ask for help on that end.

Was there an age restriction at these shows? Although it wasn't that explicit, it did contain some material probably not suitable for young eyes.

No, anyone could attend. One concet I attended with Mary there was a little girl 4 or 5 years old near us. I would never have taken my kids to that show.

 You could always take them and blindfold them hehehehe.

I mean they couldn't possibly be brought up by an Elton fan and not love Elton ..could they hehe

You can always brain wash them with your dvd collection :)

Hey All - good news!  I have permission to publish the book! Yay! 

The permission was granted so long as it was a limited publishing and not a commercial endeavor.  I am going to order a test copy to see how it comes out.  Once I put it out there for sale, it will be available for 30 days and then I will take it back down.  I have not decided on a final price yet, but it will probably be somewhere around $25.

Everyone who contributed:  If you would like a .pdf file of the final manuscript or would like to order a book at the base publishing price, drop me an email.

We received our book today...and it's really cool!  We loved the layout, and the photos, you really outdid yourself with this.
