Dufner's a good guy. Hope to see him up at the top more!!! JUST NOT WHEN TIGER IS PLAYING----LOL!!!!!

I was hoping he would come in 2nd also....that young man has guts....he fought as hard as he could the entire tournament...felt so bad for him when he came off the 18th because he just looked devastated....

I too was hoping Levin would get up to 2nd, but the two of you have better reasons.
I just wanted him to finish ahead of Rory S.
Getting onto the US Open would have been great for him and golf.
Felt bad for him, having a 6 shot lead in Phoenix earlier this year and a 2(?) shot lead yesterday, only to lose both.
He will be back.

And his mom should be proud!  He struggled Sunday late in the round, but never gave up!  And he congratulated Tiger on his win.  Spenser is down to earth.  His talent will get him a win.  He hit some incredible chip ins and was driving well until the back nine.  If he had been in the group ahead of Tiger, his finish may have been different.

Sabbatini is arrogant.....I have never had much respect for him.  Looked like he wanted to take all of Jack's time when he came off the 18th.  But Jack had something else on his agenda......he wanted to give words of encouragement to a young, talented golfer, who was visibly shaken by his fall from the lead. 

And, that's exactly what real champions do......try to lift others from their dispair. 

PS......I hope Spenser qualifies for the Open......

  

I'm not such a saint!!!!  I truly did feel sorry for Levin and believe he worked very hard for that win.  And, of course, i was thrilled that Tiger won.....and especially thrilled that he beat Rory!!!!

He could very well be a super dude. Wonder why though, the players on tour voted him the most disliked?

Well....since I'll never get to meet him as you have I can only react to how I've seen him behave on the golf course and the things he has had to say...and you are right....he does come across that way!  Glad to hear you think he's a good guy!
