actually he has been playing pretty well in Europe.  This will help his standing on the PGA tour.  He has finished within the top 20 in several european events.

Had a feeling Webb wouldn't go the distance.....hard to watch golf though when you have no idea who the players are!!!!

I so agree with you granny, I got turned off to Webb myself this weekend. I was actually pulling against him, he seemed to act snotty to Tiger also from what I can tell.

I just read an article that supposedly Tiger got $1.5M and Phil got $1M    ......seeing the roster of other players, they deserved it!  Who would have gone to see this tournament????

well Justice is trying to promote it.  I just wish Tiger would have made the cut now to earn his keep so to speak.  LOL

From what they are saying, if its true, that's all he had to do to "earn his keep" was to show up.....it didn't matter how well they played.  I'm sure Tiger would have liked to have done better than he did as I'm sure Phil would have.  Don't for one moment think that they didn't try as hard as they normally do.
