I don't like it when Woods drops the club either. I don't know why, if he slams it down (briefly) and swears I have no problem with that, BUT something about fully releasing the club has always left me cringing. Whatever, he definitely should be himself. He's my guy out there either way. Just as long as he doesn't go Kevin Na. I've always been partial to watching Henrik Stensen volcano - I hope some of you out there have seen that - it is utterly hilarious. Those two make Woods look like an amateur when it comes to tantrums :))))

I find the club slamming and dropping unsportsman-like.  But then maybe I've just given away my age!!  However, I did laugh during the Chevron when Tiger hit a poor shot, he slammed his club and it popped up and hit him on the head!  First I laughed then yelled at him, "served ya' right don't do that again!".....

Two and three year olds have tantums.....adults deal with frustration appropriately (hopefully!)

What's so D--- good about an autograph ? Take an autograph add a dollar or two, you can get a cup of coffee.

I'm 70 and have been at many many places where I could have gotten an autograph. Have yet to ask for one.

I have always loved dropping my club(s) - even at Boomers. Well there was one time when a dropped club broke my little toe.

LOL......did you learn your lesson (club dropping has painful consequences!!)

PS....I have always felt that pre-autographed programs, hats, flag replicas should be available for purchase at tournaments!

No lesson learned..............still dropping most everything these days. :-(

I use to work with a lady that had attended IU.  She said the same thing about Knight and that was years ago.

Let Tiger be himself! I attend tournaments every year, sometimes clubs are thrown or dropped or just used as swiping air! I enjoy the golfers and the game! They are no ALL homogenized and that works well for me. we are not looking for a bunch of similar robots, just great golf, great game, great charity, and great results! Enough of people trying to tell somebody else how they want them to do something! Geez!!! Instead of counting dropped clubs you should by thankful we are seeing some great play again! It was a long 2 years! Go Tiger! TTF!!!!!

SCHLICK........I've had the pleasure of watching  (in person)Tiger play 3 times since he has not been winning!  Sorry to tell you this but Tiger DOES sign MANY autographs but the MEDIA doesn't cover it.....hmmm, I wonder why?  So they can create a story and pile on like they have for the past 3 years?

I wonder why it is you don't pay attention to the other players and count how many times they drop their clubs......I have a prediction, you want to see an angry golfer pay attention to Charl Schwartzel.  Now their is an angry golfer who came out of nowhere while there was this 2 year haitus.  What about the many including Schwartzel and Gary Woodland who walk right on by the fans without looking up to register their official scores?  Heck, they rarely even tip their hats when they make a great approach shot or putt!

I'm curious, did you notice Tiger take his hat off at the Chevron and tip it to the entire crowd - full circle?  Always looking for the negatives and FYI, it is common for pros and amatuers alike to drop their club after a bad shot or a hand slips loose.

TTF's......got a feeling we have a visitor!

I would think donating his entire winnings would be a GOOD sign!  Can you give me a list a the good things he did......signing autographs on Wed. the day before work and having an entire conversation with a fan just after while signing!  TTF's. 2 posters with 9 and 2 posts respectively!

Some people are always looking for a reason to complain or criticize. There always that one person and that one small thing that no one else seems notice but him.
