It was pretty obvious to me that the post to which you refer was not meant to be "accurate" but to be an example of the kind of stuff going on here!   Bill, I wonder, with the several thought-provoking comments by various members on this thread, why the only thing to which you respond is an allegorical example?   Do you or others completely disagree with those contributors who feel slightly "bullied" by some of our posters?   Can you understand their point?   I'm not trying to start an argument here - just wondering if you agree at all with the matters being discussed.

Paul, I understand your need to defend yourself but, as I asked Bill, generally, do you see the points being made by several of the respondents in this thread as being valid?

Yes Dear Lady there are some valid points in all of the posts this thread.
I'm just saying I don't like being placed into someones lie, lie intended or not.
There are many comments on this forum I don't agree with and unlike the returner and a couple others
I don't bash everything I don't like. I only get negative with being stalked/attacked/spammed non-stop by mainly one person,
of many names. When he/she bashes for one comment, then will keep it going for weeks or months.
There are many many members on here I want to call a friend, as I said I don't always agree with every word they write. But I let it go and move on.
To me the Stalking-Attacking-Spamming = bullying.
I think I have cut way back on attacking the returner, other than reporting what I see as violations of the board.

Donna, Apologies . I was using that for arguments sake. Before the Newbie has had a chance to get his/her feet wet they are under the microscope. I'm sorry for the terminology but the principle still stands.

While I was typing my quick apology I noticed frantic activity. I was going to post my opening post and leave it at that, but I thought Donnas response required the courtesy of a reply.  Looking at some of the venom coming forth I'm even more concerned.

EYE am sure you know; "things are not always as they seem".

Hopefully, you are not misguided by the subtle "bait and switch" attempted here; by those that seem to want to silence FANS, for expressing their love and appreciation for TIGER.

Over the years, you have gotten to know most of the Tiger fans here quite well. You know our personalities; our sense of humor, and our style.

We routinely mind our own business (having fun with all things TIGER); until we are attacked by those that choose to stalk and harrass us for our open tributes to (the great) Tiger Woods.

No member of the prosecution in this thread has ever received an email initiated by me; (including Villagesgolfer) and this mystery poster (TROLL).  They tend to pride themselves on STALKING us, and attempting to silence us.

Tiger fans here are usually on the defense (not  the offense).

This always seems to happen, just in time to ruin Tiger's next tournament for us.

Your understanding regarding this situation will be greatly appreciated.
