Unlike some visitors to Club Tiger, I am not overly impressed with the Augusta National Golf Club.  I do not feel that it is untouchable because it's "a private club".

If, the Augusta National Golf Club wants to hide behind being a private club just don't hold such a public spectacle every April.     Because with the public spectacle comes an examination of its moral character.     :)

seriously vonames, i agree with you. i saw the hypocrisy of augusta national and billy payne when the course was included in tiger's video game after payne's diatribe. again, like the situation with asian golf, a money grab.

most people with a passing interest in the sport that see augusta national and the masters as akin to the super bowl or the daytona 500, and don't know or care how they treat groups that are not like them.

 

 

 

There has never been anything funny about the history & actions of the Augusta National Golf Club.     You are acting like the club now and hiding by saying "you cannot take a joke".     ha ha ha

Any group of powerful and wealthy men concentrated in a single club etc. must be watched at all times. 

We wil have to continue this discussion about the true nature of Augusta.  The NCAA basketball championship between Kansas and Kentucky will be starting shortly.

Kuki, I never know exactly what will be in the box when it arrives.  In past years, there have been bunches of video games, some books, an occasional shirt Tiger wore in competition, golf balls, etc.   I'll post a list as soon as the stuff arrives.

 

 

 

 

  Bite your tongue.    Don't watch the great Tiger Woods win his 5th Green Jacket  Uniform.
