OMG......THAT WAS MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITE SAYING!!!!!!

Like that thinking :-)

Got to remember.....the pressure of competition is at its highest level during major tournaments!

I like Tiger's stats......yes he fumbled slightly on the weekend, but he did hit more fairways & GIR than during his prime winning years!!  His accuracy off the tee on Thurs/Fri was 80%.  Sat/Sun fell to 62%.  I've heard commentators say when Tiger is hitting +60% of fairways and GIRs you better watch out!  On Saturday he did have some problems with his cut shot.....but Sunday his misses were slight.  Major problem Tiger faced was zoning in the short irons on approach shots and putting.  I'll stick my neck out and predict by The Open he'll have those irons under control!!

"............yes he fumbled slightly on the weekend"

I need new glasses or a new TV or both.  He went into free fall. Stumbled slightly!  Yikes that is a great euphemism.

Got to remember, shadow......Olympic is a course where a missed fairway can easily lead to bogey or worse.  That was his problem on Sunday for those first 6 holes!  Any other course and he would not have faced the same issues.

That's my opinion and I'll stick with it, thank you!  Case closed :-)))

But it wasn't any other course? It was the US Open and Tiger crumbled. You trying to blame the course.

There are two things a person should never be angry at, what they can help, & what they cannot. -Plato

They all played the same course, just that others (as usual) played it better than Tiger.

Coming in 2nd place just means that you are the first loser and he could not even come close to that.

LOL

One winner and what  150 or 160 lost

To me, 2nd or 152 is not a win
