Yes, Tiger, like Gammy says, you are my only pick, but to play the game PD wants, I added a few others.

So, even McIlroy says that Tiger took eleven majors after his first to win his second. I seem to recall, looking at Tiger's record of 1 win in 4, that Tiger got his in bunches. So, with that in mind, yes, this is Tiger's major, a tough one which is going to demand tight tee shots to the fairway, and carefully placed irons. McIlroy is happy with winning his next in 2014. McIlroy does not expect to compete. McIlroy is throwing out the first pitch at the Tuesday night's Giant's baseball game. McIlroy said, "I see a light at the end of a tunnel. I try not to overanalyze it...you know, having a life outside golf. I liked how I played last week, for the most part. I'm not complaining. I feel like I'm in a great place." McIlroy said of his tossed club incident, "I didn't think it was that big a deal. I wake up the next morning and it's all over the papers in the U.K."

Will be an exciting US Open!!!  I expect Tiger to do well......go for the "W" with gusto :-))  For Phil....think he will choke once again......for Weemac:  think he will either MC or fare poorly on the weekend.  His attitude reflects golf is not a priority right now and until he decides he "wants it" and finds a balance between life off the course and on, it will be a roller coaster ride.

I think this is Tiger's next major Win. This course is going to require patience and Tiger's kind of experience. I saw a clip on GC about the 13th. Brutal, brutal, brutal. That hole is going to be the killer. I hope Tiger plays it real conservatively.

Yes I agree.....this is a good opportunity for Tiger to get #15!  One thing that makes me feel that is he knows this is not a sub-par course.  It will require excellent tee shots, superior course management, total focus and true grit!!!  Sound like Tiger??  Ya'betcha!!
