Nick Faldo's preoccupation with Tiger is not healthy.

It just continually amazes me what they do to this man....If Tiger wasn't friendly to Rory they would say he's intimidated by him.....if he's friendly to Rory they say he's intimidated by him.....he doesn't win no matter what he does....so I hope he just continues to do whatever makes him feel good about himself....enjoys his life, enjoys his golf and enjoys those gorgeous children!!!  And Nick Faldo has beaten that phrase "the young players aren't intimidated by Tiger anymore to death"!!!!!   The young players don't seem to be too intimidated by Rory either!!!!!   Rory is a talented golfer....he has yet to prove he will be as good as Tiger .  Once again,   just a simple story about two pro golfers enjoying each other's company isn't enough ..they have to sensationalize it.

Greg Norman has always been very bitter about success of others because he was unable to replicate the Major Championship success that many thought he would have.

I have never liked Greg Norman, he has always been way too arrogant for my liking and I don't feel like he was as good as he thought he was. He was all hype. He wasn't even the player that he thought he was. Faldo, Seve and Tom Watson were all better players than Norman was.

What Faldo said has some truth to it. However, it doesn't change the fact that Tiger is still better than his competition. Maybe players won't crumble when they see Tiger on the leader board, but he still has more talent than anyone.

Would you be intimidated by Tiger right now? Until Tiger gets his approach shot fixed and his putting turned around there is no need to be intimidated by him, Tiger would probably tell you that much. When he has his complete game the intimidation will come.

The connection between the two will be forever. One guy was the worst closer or biggest choker in major championships of the past 36 years and the other directly benefited from other golfers' big failures down the stretch in half his major wins.

Anything said by almost anyone will get some coverage if it is about Tiger. It's funny, the young golfers have not seen anything close to Tiger's best, so maybe thiese views change over the next years.

No I wouldn't, but who cares about intimidation? Do you think young professional tennis players are intimidated by Roger Federer anymore? He isn't invincible anymore, but he still has more talent than anyone, and he will win his share because of talent level alone. The same goes for Tiger, he has more talent than anyone in golf, so he doesn't need intimidation.

I'd like to see both of them play either Tiger or Mclliroy. That would be a real treat LOL

A few years back they used to do those golf matches like Battle at Bighorn with Tiger and Sergio. It would be great to see Tiger and Rory take on Norman and Faldo. They would have to give them a few strokes but shoot that would be fun to watch. LOL
