and i don't know what his relationship

is with Sean Foley presently;

but i do know that i have heard this

info previously from Butch Harmon

when he was on Morning Drive a while

back.   Harmon will be retiring soon.

and

one of the reasons Tiger may be endorsing

this DVD is because he (Tiger) is also on the

DVD as one of Harmon's previous and very

successful choachee's. 

if there is anything else afoote, i am not

aware of it.

this morning was the first time i saw/heard of this dvd. when i saw tiger endorsing it on the commercial, i was a bit shocked. also, to let his name be last on the list, also shocking. i'm sure it doesn't bother tiger or butch, but maybe sean a little bit, no? he is, after all, the current suitor. its like endorsing the car i drove three cars ago in favor of a car i currently drive that is a different brand.

i see your point.  but many people know that Tiger

was a coachee of Butch's and who knows.........

maybe they cut some type of a financial deal, etc.

maybe Butch will make a donation to the

Tiger Woods Foundation or something.  

and also too.   Butch will not be coaching anymore.

This DVD is probably his last hurrah in a sense.

but he did say that he does not want to take on

any more students, that he is ready to retire.

............  of course.   one could change one's mind.........

yea, they definitely cut a deal of some kind, i don't doubt that. tiger wouldn't lend out his name and likeness as a favor.

and butch has more than likely milked the cow dry with his top student, phil milkelson. you don't retire when business is good. his young guns simply aren't producing. when has watney won last, for example? same for woodland. and i'm sure adam scott's collapse was a hit to the gut as well.

yeah.

Watney has not won for @ least a year ...... possibly longer?

Woodland is in the process of a swing change (  i have heard)

and

Adam Scott is no longer with Butch.   for more than a year @ least.....

i think his brother told him to switch to the broom stick putter
which he is using currently .......   and not sure if brother is
also involved in coaching, etc.

had heard that the entire Scott family knows and has known
Steve Williams for many, many years, etc.

thanks for the info upt. i really don't follow scott that closely. i watched him during the '08 pga practice round and he came off as a bit bland. at one of the tee boxes a young fellow asked adam, 'how's your golf game?', to which he replied a bit smartly, 'fine, how's your golf game?' he wasn't very engaging at all.

yeah.   i don't follow him either.

i actually heard most of that info

during one golf tourney when the

big snafu happened between Tiger and Stevie, etc.

and i just remembered it. 

and heard about Woodland a while back when he

was really struggling with his game.  someone stated

that he was working on some changes, etc.

it's all actually commentator talk.( what they talk about during tourneys, etc.)

haven't tried to confirm any of it.
