Looks like Tiger's game improved somewhat but that could have been just by chance.  Did anyone see any significant improvements in Tiger's game during the third round?  I will wait until after Sunday's round before making any statements.  Tiger's last 2-3 years have been a mass of inconsistencies.  Getting close and finally winning some PGA Tour events and yet missing more cuts than in his earlier career.  Tiger tries to ignore his lack of results by repeatedly crying out it is a work in progress.  Hey Tiger, if this work in progress takes too many more years, your career will just about be over.

They made a great point yesterday. Tiger isn't looking for things in his swing. He is just looking for a putting stroke. He isn't making anything. His ball striking has been good, so he's going to Kiawah confident in how he is hitting it. So it isn't is whole game that needs to be improved. Its just the 50-125 yard range and the putting. He said that -2 yesterday is the worst score he could have possibly shot, which is a good sign. It means you really aren't far off at all.
