Well, Tiger will be around the age Phil currently is in 2016. Phil doesn't really care about golf anymore, yet he is somehow 17th in the world. Tiger cares more about golf than Phil, so he will be more motivated at age 41. I would be shocked if Tiger isn't playing in the Olympics, unless he decides not to participate. I don't think he will be vintage 2000 Tiger Woods, but I would be surprised if he is not one of the best golfers in the world in 2016.

Tiger will be 40 and recently he said he hoped to be on team if he qualified.

It really will depend on how his knee is holding up
4 years is a long time.

For some reason,I just don't see Tiger competing at the Olympics.  Even though this is one achievement he won't have, I don't believe he will go for it, especially if he has #19 and #83 under his belt by that time.

Just my opinion....

He will definitely be there. No doubt he will if he is qualified for a couple reasons. Number 1, I doubt he will have 19 by then. He could, but he will probably be at 17 or even 18 then. Number 2, he was a huge reason why golf was added to the Olympics. When golf was up for being included, Tiger said he would participate if golf was added.

Tiger has already said that if golf goes into the Olympics he would definitely want to be there.

Trust me, his knee's will be fine. What do you think Tiger is just going to stop his pursuit of Jack because of bad knee's? He has worked so hard to get to 14 majors, he is going to give it everything he has.

I hope I'm still alive in 2016 to see who is correct....  because right now it is all speculation.
