It just occurred to me last night while Tiger will want a major and me too, if he can get to number 1 that will be big news in the media, and it will instill more belief into him plus I have plenty of articles that said he wouldn't ever be number 1 again. OH BOY I CAN'T WAIT :)

This may just be as enormous as winning a major for reasons outlined above, he was told he couldn't do it, told he would never be number 1 again. He's about debunk that myth, and there is only one more thing left to do. That is win a major and then the spectacular comeback will be complete!

I understood and agree with what you stated. Similarly to what Tiger often said, winning takes care of everything. But, I think that to Tiger, winning a major is much more rewarding because that will directly and eventually lead to his ultimate goal.

i am sure tiger will say, no 1 is nice but no 15 is better

Some people have been at #1 before, in fact lately its been somewhat like a yoyo. But, only one person had gotten number 15 so far. :)
