In 3 Majors Tiger is T-40, T-21 and T-3, i can't help but thinking he let one get away. but, as much as i want tiger to win, i know golf is something you cant just decide to do well at. I think given the situation, Tiger did well, according to his trend line. It makes me excited for the PGA Championship.

all those who get down on him for not taking advantage remember, We are fans no matter what place he finishes.

Good points. We can clearly see the positive trend.  I trust that Tiger sees his weak areas and resolves them for the upcoming PGA. I'm looking forward to it.

yes.. he is the best at fixing what he needs to, i just don't like to see him on the range with Foley during a tournement...  As a coach, i know i can address weaknesses during practice but once the game starts you have to work around them.. Trying to fix it during the round only distracts from what eles is going on.

I felt better when he said during his presser yesterday that he was hitting his wedges much farther during tournaments than he does on the range.....adrenelin!  His swing plane with short irons/wedges is steeper now and he needs to make minor adjustments to keep from making those huge divits!  Think that's what he and Foley were working on........  Like his driver and long irons, he'll get those other clubs dialed in where he wants them.....

Not quite 100% yet.....but getting there :-))))

He certainly is.....and it is happening a piece at a time.....TWF's just have to have patience....Look how far he's come already!!!

He is doing well... my only concern is his mistakes.  In the past he used to let the game come to him, the 7 at 6 tells me he is trying to do too much.. he needs to relax and let the field feel the pressure that only he can apply. if he pars 6, then birdied 7... he could have droppped out of the bunker and holed out for par, or at worst bogey. other than that his game looks great.  anyone that tells you different is over criticle.  He can't avoid missed shots but he can avoid mistakes, that is where he needs the work. Avoiding trying to do too much.

Exactly:  "He can't avoid missed shots but he can avoid mistakes, that is where he needs the work".....that is the Tiger we are accustomed to!
