I know Tiger is going to keep number spot in fedex points but is he going to slip to number 5 if Webb Simpson wins?

I wouldn't imagine. Tiger is a full point plus ahead of Simpson. His number 4 spot is safe.

simpson isn't going to win this tournament anyway.  But even if he did, he wouldn't get enough ranking points to move ahead of Tiger in the rankings.  So i believe he will go to the Open at number 4 in the world because only Stricker is playing next week at the John Deere (in the top 10) and Mickelson is playing the Scottish Open. 

zach johnson is playing next week but he is no 17 (phil is 15) and stricker is 13.  So NO ONE in the top ten will be there next week.
