I am very disappointed! Isn't the cut usually 10 shots from the leader? I am clutching at straws here! If Tiger is not there for the weekend at least there is Williams and Williams in the doubles and Serena in the final. Its more than a consolation!  Sorry Tiger! See you in the Open!

Not necessarily......most cuts are top 70 and ties......just one shot shy of making the cut on the number :-(

This might be a blessing in disguise. As a result of missing the cut, he will have more time to practice and get ready for the Open.

He should have his eyes checked by a doctor too!!     After the first round on Thursday clearly his eyes were a problem.

Its really not a big deal. Tiger only played this week because he told Finchem he'd add new events to his schedule. It isn't a secret that Tiger doesn't like birdie-fests. He enjoys playing tough courses because it helps him prepare for majors. Playing events like the Memorial and AT&T National on courses like those prepare him better for winning majors than courses like Greenbrier do. This missed cut is just a blip on the radar
