Tiger
Although I have followed your career from the time you joined the tour, and I have watched every single tournament you have played, I just joined your website today. What inspired me to finally join is that I think you are an amazingly gifted and talented human being and obviously the best golfer that has ever played the game! I defended you during your difficult times and i always knew you would rebound from that.

But Tiger, you do not have to gloat after your victories!! You are the best and we all know it. Gloating is an expression of insecurity. After everything you have been through, please practice some humility. i absolutely love your game and wish you only the best. But humility will benefit you more at this point than gloating!!

Just some friendly advice from someone who thinks you are incredible.

New, huh? Well, this is Tiger's web forum, we all know that one man's gloating is another man's acceptance of reality. Tiger is back, and has been saying since he won last December. Tiger does not gloat, but Tiger does know a Tiger when he looks in the mirror

Phil gloats.  Okay, not recently; because he's kinda in a slump.
So does Rory.  Okay, not recently; because he's also in a slump.
And Luke does too.  Okay, not recently; because he's in a slump as well.

Jack gloated; as did Arnie.

Brandel Chamblee gloats whenever Tiger loses.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo.....  why can't Tiger gloat?

its insecurity that drives the great athletes. never being satisfied, never being fully embraced by the public at-large, and using that as fuel for the fire that burns within.

so tiger gloats. certain people respond to that negatively, which is exactly the reaction tiger wants. he proves them to be marginal every time he wins and dominates in doing so. that is the tiger we've come to know.

accept it.

As long as he gloats with dignity I'm fine with it.....everybody has their own opinion.
