Club Tiger: Don't forget that ESPN's SportsCenter at the U.S. Open is on this week.   The show this afternoon with Curtis Strange, Andy North, Scott Van Pelt and Tom Rinadi was a great start for major coverage.   There was an excellent review of the 16th hole and a story about Casey Martin.

On Wednesday, the show airs at 2pm ET on ESPN2.  

Once again, Andy North will select the eventual winner or those golfers with a chance to win by applying his own unique formula.           lol

Finally, we should have a contest on what will be the highest score this week on the Olympic's Club 16th hole.    I say a 12!   :)

 

 

 

It is official the winner of the 2012 U.S. Open based on Andy North's reworked formula is  MATT KUCHAR.    This announcement was rendered shortly before 3 pm ET this afternoon on ESPN.    lol    Andy is embarassed that in recent years his prediction(s) were dispatched by golfers from Europe. 

Andy eliminated Tiger Woods because of his age.  According to Andy since 7 of the last 8 major winners have been 33 years or younger, that eliminates Tiger & Phil with any chance to win at the Lake Course this week.    Only time will tell but I am going with Tiger to win major # 15.  

Andy, you need to retire this act and find something new for next year.   You looked silly in that doctor's attire today.  

I am going to say an 11 VON. The part that will be really interesting is who the golfer will be to have the 11 (or 12).

 

 

 

That could be a contest by itself.     It is just too hard to guess but I'll watch how the golfers play Round 1.       :)

That would be a rather "mean" contest to decide who is going to FLUB up the biggest. Interesting but not very nice to all the pros.
