I am new to this board, and was already personally attacked BTW, but I digress.  But from reading through various threads it seems that a few posters (one of which was the person who personally attacked me) seem to post comments directly to Tiger.  Does he read this board (seems entirely unlikely) or are these people simply delusional?

the chances of Tiger reading anything on this board are slim and none.  LOLOL  But he knows about the club Tiger on this site as many have attended tournaments (as this past weekend) and told him we were rooting for him.  As to the comments of others, they are passionate Tiger lovers and after the past 3 years take anything perceived as negative as a personal attack.  It has been tough with the haters to deal with the ups and downs since 2009.  However a majority of us here have stayed the course and continue to encourage Tiger through thick and thin. 

 

Everyone here needs to grow extra skin but as Tiger wins more and more and hopefully a major in another week, then the negativity diminishes and the passionate can relax.

Just a little note to everyone about Tiger and the Forum.   I've been told he does not read it daily or anything like that but does occasionally peak in to see what's going on and also that Corporate copies him on anything they think he'd particularly like to see.

He DEFINITELY knows about our Contests and saves stuff to give Rob to send to me for prizes, even though he gets many, many requests for TW items for charity and by his foundation for fundraisers.

Yep, I saw that - not a bit surprised.   Was amused though to get a text from my sister Pam, who is NOT a golf fan, 30 seconds after Tiger won, that just said 'GO TIGER'.   lol   Even Miss-Golf-is-more-boring-than-watching-paint-dry was glued to the TV for the last 6 holes!!!

personally, i would like to think tiger reads this board and sometimes we even converse with him without even knowing it. i even suggested a while back that tiger might even disguise himself as a troll just to get a rise out of some people. if that means i'm delusional, then i'm delusional. i think tiger owes it to himself to have some good, clean fun once in a while, even if is at our expense. and it makes the board more interesting, wondering if he might be here than knowing with certainty that he is not.

anyone notice at the end of the presser yesterday, someone brought out a whole bunch of memorial flags for tiger and jack to sign, and it looked to me anyway that tiger's eyes lit up with horror. wonder what he was thinking....

Personally I don't think you are wildly delusional Twit. If I were Tiger I would read this forum before Yahoo, TGC or the PGA forum. I think the trolls on here are bad but they can't hold a candle to the meanies on the PGA and TGC. They need DK to rein them in.
