Just wanted to recap the day because I'm still floating on a high from this spectaculor win for Tiger. I have seen Tiger win many many many times during his career but this was the best win ever!!!! This was the "I told you so" win for all of the Tiger fans who have supported him and believed in him over the past 2-1/2 years. I truly could not be prouder of Tiger today than if he were my own son. I believe he has handled himself during the last 2-1/2 years with the utmost dignity. Tiger has come through all of this the champion that we all knew him to be and today was the icing on the cake....He won a tournament, he made one of the most fantastic shots of his career, he tied Jack Nicklaus' record and has now won 73 tournaments, he earned $1,116,000 today, he is now #3 in the Fed Ex Cup standings and definitely has moved up in the World Golf Rankings (they don't get listed until tomorrow)...how much more can one man accomplish over a weekend!!!!! He has always been the World's Greatest Golfer in my eyes....gosh even Chamblee called him that today!!!!!
Have a good night everybody....we get to see Tiger play again June 14-17....Can't wait! It gives everybody two weeks to let their nails grow back!!!! LOL
