Granny here! You made me so proud today. You were calm, collected, chatty and answered questions with poise and confidence. I am so pleased that you have decided not to allow the media to rile you up..which is their expressed purpose. When you were asked questions about Faldo and Chamblee ..and the negative comments they made about you..you did not show any anger, you simply dismissed them with humour. That's my son...kill them with kindness, play their game and keep your cool. I am told that you have a wonderful sense of humour..use it on them and turn the tables. I can't imagine the courage and patience it must take to deal with those yahoos on a daily basis..and you did it with such class. Way to go Tiger.....now take that calm and serenity to the golf course and rediscover the magic you are capable of. Relax, have fun but keep your focus. They are all predicting that you wouldn't do well on this course but that is the past. Give it your all because "you da man" and when you win this weekend, hold the trophy high and say: This is for Faldo, Chamblee, Micelli and Feinstein. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
There is a God Tiger and redemption is around the corner. You may have fallen but you are not down. Your courage in the face of adversity is legendary. I can't wait to see you play....wear your red shirt with pride as your dad always said and please show us a few fist pumps as only you can do.
