Good morning shenlee.......nice post although I will say, in scipture Jesus does warn us to turn the other cheek BUT when it has been realized that someone has bad intentions, remember to forgive yet keep them at arms length.

What in the world are you doing up so early?? Are did you not go to bed? Just making sure you are doing ok with your back, et al.

Thank you for your concern, one of those nights.  It's quite frustrating, I've always been an early to bed, early to rise but am lucky to get 3 hours of sleep anymore. 

Well that just plainly STINKS! If I lived close by I would bring you a hot tub to sit in every night. I have had several customers who suffered from insomnia until they got their hot tub. They sit in it every night for about 30 minutes before going to bed and now sleep like a baby. One of the guys even wrote a really great testimonial letter about how it cured his insomnia. Of course, I imagine yours could be caused by your medications so I don't know if it would work or not. But it would be worth a try. Of course, maybe you already have a hot tub.

I could always sing you a lullaby. NOT. You would be crying instead of sleeping if I sang to you---LOL.

HA......you're too funny!  Yeah shenlee.....most of the sleep problem is the pain.  I finally had to put solar in my pool and I go out at night before bed in season but the hot tub sounds good.

I don't know what kind of pain you have, but you should try something other than allopathy.
