Mr Woods I have been loyal to you as a fan of your golf ability. I respect your talent and can debate/argue the point that you are one of the greatest to play the game and you will be back at the top before long.( proven after your most recent showing at Chevron).

That being said I need to ask that for the sake of those of us who are fans PLEASE STOP DROPPING THE CLUB!

I am 56 yrs old today but when i was learning the game at age 12 and was in the JR club Chamopionship the person I was playing against was 13 and he did exactly that; dropped his club after every bad shot/not throw but show disgust and drop...after 4 holes his father told him to stop the antics which worked for 1 more hole and then I won the match as his father took him by the ear and walked him off the course.

No one in the world can hit a perfect shot every time. And bad shots can even be ugly shots, but the guy who can hit the bad shot and show no emotion is the classiest guy out there.

Please rethink the "drop" which I saw you do 11 times on tv at the Chevron and they did not show every hole on every day!

100% agree.

wow... that is part of the show.  Don't you pay attention to what is going on?? It is only news when Tiger drops or throws this clubs.. and some of the times he drops his clubs is from tying to correct a bad swing.  Its not all about , its called making an in swing adjustment.  Get off his back.. he has every reason to have an attitude.  He has no worse attitude when he is not playing well then any of the rest of them on the tour.  Go to an event and watch the other golfers off camera.  They are as bad if not worse.

Perhaps you should actually go to a tourney before you comment.

I have watched most take time with fans and not throw clubs. These are two major drawbacks of Tiger.

Without naming names I have seen the top names spend over an hr signing autographs  and these same do not drop clubs in a event.

If Tiger changes that he will succeed big time...the same way that if you are positive in your thoughts then your actions will become more positive for you..Try it..it works.

And check out a tourney in person one day!

Here we go .... again ! The different between Tiger signing  autograph and others golfer is ,Tiger would be signing ALL DAY LONG! No body wants others golfers autograph, they only wants TIGER, It's worth 10 times more!!

SO TIGER, JUST BE YOUR SELF!!! IF You don't like it, you can just kiss  off!

For fan safety, Tiger often cuts short authograph time.  I have a neighbor who has been at a number of tornaments that Tiger was in and the report is.....he's very personable, reacts with gallery, and does spend a lot of time signing.

Got to remember.....not everyone in the gallery are true fans....look at the "hot dog guy".....and who knows how many other such "incidents" have happened!

Uh that is not exactly how it works...not even Cal Ripken signed for every autographee until none were left.. and he was amazing!

The autograper tells the crowd of autograpees when he is done signing. If Tiger would spend 15 minutes with the fans it would be huge to those few and to his image and to him! He would actually feel better than just walking by. The right mind set can make things happen on and off the course.

case in point...who did you respect more in College BBall when they had the same number of wins....Coach k or Bobby Knight?

Whose attitude would you want a kid/player to emulate?

I used to go to Baltimore games, Cal Ripkin signed less autographs than anyone, including Eddie Murry.   He talked a good game but he was not that fan accessable player that people portrayed him to be, and when he did, he got mobbed and had to cut short his time with the fans.   Tiger does the same thing.  There is a huge saftey issue, pushing and grabbing, little kids get knocked down...  Normal people become jerks tring to get autographs.

Here we go again. I have been to two of Tigers tournaments. I stood there while he signed as many autographs as possible. It's hard when have about 100 people or more (mostly more) shoving to get an autograph. I have seen Tiger sign tons of autographs. After the Chevron he was signing everything and talking to the fans so please just because the camera doesn't always show it don't assume he just ignores everyone. Tiger appreciates his fans more then anyone could know. I saw firsthand how much Tiger cares about his fans. He would tip his hat to them, say Thank You, wave, take pictures, sign autographs, everything. So please don't just assume that because you don't see it it's not happening.
