Is it just me or is the "live feed" black right now?

Seriously, I paid my subscription, read all of your FAQ and help topics and I am getting no feed and no help!  Am I missing something here?

The feed is working. Can you tell me what kind of computer (MAC PC) and what browser you are using (Firefox, Chrome).

Are you getting an error message or just a black screen?

Possibilities:

Make sure you have Adobe Shockwave Flash plug in
Try logging out and logging back in
