I am in total agreement with previous posts.  The only reason I subscribed to Icenetwork this year was so I could watch the Grand Prix events live.  I am very disappointed to find out that this is not the case, and feel that there may have been some misrepresentation as to what was being broadcast.

Exactly.  The ONLY reason we subscribed to Icenetwork.com this year was to watch the Grand Prix Series.  We do not get Universal Sports because of their issue with Comcast and we have no other way to watch.  For $40 I expected to be able to pay to be able to watch.  THANKS FOR NOTHING.

If it was "clearly spelled out" than WHY is it listed on the Icenetwork.com schedule of events covered?  Very, very disappointed and will not return.  You may not care because you've already got my $40...but you might start caring when enough people hear about this total scam.

In total agreement, rileyzdad.  We can not get Universal Sports where we are either.  I felt icenetwork was the answer to being able to watch the skating.  Although I hate to admit it, I will rely on NBC to provide me with highlights of the skating from now on.

The events in the Grand Prix Series appear on the video schedule because they are part of the subscription package. There are many other events on that page (regionals, sectionals, Disson Skating shows, etc.) that are available on-demand only.

The events that are listed on the "Icenetwork.com Video Schedule" are listed for the actual dates that they occur and not for the date that they will be shown or available.  That is nothing short of misleading.

I subscribed to Icenetwork.com just one week ago, drawn in of course by the free Saturday coverage of Skate America. Imagine my dismay when I returned yesterday all prepared to watch Skate Canada, only to discover that there were no videos of the event, either live or archived. I had no idea what had happened and in fact imagined that it was a technical problem affecting only me. I called the hotline number only to receive the message "We're sorry. Due to system maintenance, we cannot help you at this time. Please try your call again later." Then I sent an e-mail describing the problem. I actually received a response today, 24 hours later, but there was no explanation whatsoever about Skate Canada, just the suggestion that I call the same hotline number. Called that again, got the same "We're sorry" message. This is totally discouraging, and I feel completely duped by Icenetwork.  This subscription was sold to me on false pretenses, implying that I could watch all the Grand Prix events listed on the schedule. I want a complete refund of my $39.95 -- definitely not a "drop in the bucket" for this retired-on-a-fixed-income person, thank you very much.

There is a way to see Grand Prix performances (some of them) same day or next on the Universal Sports app. I was able to download the app for free without a cable subscription to Universal Sports over a year ago, and the app still works. They usually show the top three finishers plus the highest US finisher. Unfortunately there is no way to access the videos without finding out who won, so this option does not help those trying to avoid the spoiler effect.

Since this topic is listed Skate Canada, I'd like to comment on that. I was happy for Kaetlyn Osmond, looks like a strong talent for Canada and a fresh face on the international scene. Also cheers for Fernandez; way to hang in on the free skate. The Germans were steady in pairs, hopefully will work out the kinks. But, to me, I don't get Virtue and Moirs 104 free dance score. I thought it was choppy and had lots of little mistakes. Does it not matter how they skate, they are always going to get 9.5s in their second mark? Their Carmen certainly has potential and I applaud their inventive and creative side. But it needs work and time and, in fairness, didn't deserve a 104.

I thought the scoring was off, both, in ice dancing and in ladies.
