Just saw the results from Eastern Great Lakes. Did anyone see Katia Shpilband skate? And if someone could help me,why are the events marked CR, when they appear to be the Final? I appreciate your help.....I have been out of the loop for a time. I  was surprised to see Katia move up to Juniors and win.

I've seen Katia in the past and she definitely has the skills to progress, she's just not had consistent jumps
