It would appear obama et al are Not Confident at all that the Majority of Supreme Court Justices share the obama view of America's Constitution; and that obama et al may be attempting to intimidate the Supreme Court Justices into issuing a Decision Most Favorable to the obama Agenda -- regardless of their Duty to personally interpret America's Constitution.

Recall when obama Shamed the Supreme Court Justices as they sat before him during his 2010 SOTU speech; and numerous other obama Slams Against America's Supreme Court? 

Is the obama agenda for America such a Nightmare that obama can achieve it Only By Bullying the Supreme Court of America? 

It's going to be an interesting day.

i give up. our Nation has been ruined indeed. Everyone wants a Freeby, No ONE wants to pay their way. Everyone wants big govt (WHICH IS US) to pay their way thru life.

 so now? I believe obama will win the re-election. I had no idea we were so far gone!

I think you are correct, sam.  But, ultimately we shall see.  The American People will decide whether to Vote the lot of them out of office and rewrite the thing as they see fit.

 

 

i see this as more proof these folks fear obama. not too long ago he made a roundabout threat to them, watching his words like lawyer's do as to not make a straight out threat. it seems what i thought was "our" congress fears him as well.

edited to add, is it no wonder we have so many preppers and those going off grid.

sad part is it is not just obama,it looks like we have so many who are against us that was elected or placed to rep us and the constitution.

The 2012 Election will be The Voice of America, indicating whether the current populations wants FREEDOM or MASSIVE REGULATION OF THEIR EVERY BREATH.  Unfortunately they get to choose for us too IF we Remain UNpolitical and Quiet.

In the end, they will win if we simply roll with the punches.

 Very true sir, but man is this disturbing. Like one reporter said, you  never know who you place in the Court. Roberts went the other direction in two major cases now. And Bush sr. I believe is the one that nominated him.....Of course the spots do re-appear after a time!!  Everyone has to show their spots sooner or later. obama's came into view right after he 'Swore to Uphold and Protect the Constitution of the United States'...... so much for that!!

 Just listening to a interview with Rupert Murdoch, and he stated After listening to all the arguments he was very suprized, BUT he said in Nov. the difference CAN be made..  And to think of it like that? well, Just Maybe: the rest of the Sleeping Giant will now WAKE THE HECK UP!!!!!!!!! I can only Pray.    When someone loses their Tax Returns because they didn't pay for their healthcare, well Just Maybe THEN, they say Enough!

 OR they "Something" obama, due to what has happened in the past 'like with all the Special Favors' that went out in exchange for the healthcare vote to so many Senators, well I have to wonder just what it took for those Justices to Turn their backs on America? What was the tip of the iceburg? You KNOW obama was on the phone with some of them, if NOT all of them..  Just what did it take?

 the SCOTUS ? The very ONEs that are the Final Say on the Law of the Constitution, to say "Aww maybe we can Fudge a bit with the constitution on this one?"  ??

 Today was NOT a victory for obama, Today was a Slap in the Face of Our Great Founders, Of all the men and women in the beginning of this Nation who were Touched by God to Write our Constitution.. A Slap to  George Washington, of James Madison, Abraham Lincoln, of All the Patriots that have Died to Protect this Great Nation.

 Just last week, I lost one more Uncle who Served for this Country, that leaves one left. I'm glad they didn't see this Castastrophy happening to America. I'm glad they Never had to wonder if it was all for Naught..

  Nanny State is Full Blown now. obama is the worst thing in History to have happened to America, Our Borders are Wide Open...... Will we Stand? Will we give Up like I felt like doing earlier? OR is it  WE WILL NOT COMPLY?

 HA, I wonder how they will back-step the statement made yesterday by Jay Carney? JUST IN CASE they were to lose, At the last moment last nite, he said "tHE Mandate idea came from the REPUBLICANS!"  LOL  and NOT ONE Republican voted For the Healthcare bill... BUT they had to cover themselves JUST in case it didn't pass... LOL Funny how they keep doing that!! BUT NOW, I wonder how they will take that CREDIT away from the Right? LOL too funny but NOT!!!!!!

Indeed it is disturbing. obama is America's nightmare; yet so many people remain blinded by their perception of personal weakness, and obama's deception and dishonesty.

I pray for America that God will awaken the poor souls who look upon governments as their savior and provider.

Governments were established to PROTECT natural inherent rights of individuals. They were NEVER established to grant rights.
