things like this need to be on the ballot as well as a vote on who will pay for it. the supporters should be the ones paying for it and not cost those who do not.

those 2 things need to be on a ballot to see if anyone truely supports it,somehow i don't think it will pass if only the supporters will be paying.

I agree with you on this; however, I believe they didn't get enough signatures to get it on the ballot.  But they had my signature!!

i think we the people need to have more say on things being done.
