You can almost hear the 'Awww' when one more law is created to save ourselves from ourselves! We are conforming so well to Communism. Oh in NY now All the members in the City Hall are throwing in their two cents on what next to 'STOP' the People from doing or Eating.. Yeah, we are conforming well to Socialism. We don't even nudge when AnOtHeR law is passed, or Right is taken away from us. We just go about our business and eat/sleep and be merry... .............EXcUsE me while I go THROW UP!!!

we are getting laws to protect us from ourselves. all it takes is to people watch for a bit and see there is some folks who have to have this very thing.

i still see some on the phone driving and even appear to use text messaging.heard one place is making it illegal to text while walking.when we have folks walk off a pier or into a fountain do to not having enough sense we can see why some have to be protected.

whenever we go to the store i can see things that amaze me,some walk in front of cars and do not look,either in the parking lot and even on busy streets. these are not kids,makes me wonder how these folks lived to get that age without any sense. has someone truely watched out for them all their lives.

how about our high schools? seems to me bringing in a grade school kids to teach bigger kids how to properly cross a street would send a message on common sense.

 EVerYone is being held accountable EXCEPT the Political Pukes in Washington.. They can do as they please, Break the Laws of the land. Take money from the Taxpayers and even rent a condo somewhere in the islands,and pay NO taxes.. with our MoneY... YET they get a slap on the hand, it is considered a 'Disgrace' to have them "STAND in front of their peers and get Shamed??" 

 While We the People are losing our Freedoms Daily because of Fools? YES, there are and always will be 'Fools among us. Do We the People have to give up our freedoms for these Fools that No Doubt Will live short life because they refuse to be self responsible? They are Fools, Period..I don't think so.... There is No Longer such a thing as 'An Accident'.. it is SOMEONE'S fault!! SUE, sue sue!! I WILL NOT COMPLY!

 And now Florida is getting the Law Suit from our current Sorry president for taking a Federal Law seriously.. They will not allow a Non-Citizen vote. Good for them!!  So obama is suiing Florida! How dare them take our Fed Laws seriously!! Don't they know Laws are only good for Who You Are and IF you want to live by the rules of the land!! Our current Laws, which we are getting more daily, ONLY apply to us.. Not to the Elite! and their cronies! I say HOGWASH, AND I WILL NOT COMPLY!

 Soooo obama may have 'Unclassified' Classified information, SO he could "Leak" it?? And IF we did decide to run a Legitimate investigation it would take Years to finish? hmmm So the Dr that helped find osama bin laden will die in  prison for helping us and standing up for Good!?  the man that took the 'Bug into the Nuclear Power Plant computers  in Iran is probably DEAD, or Running for his life Right now.. And NO ONE will be held Accountable? NOW Watergate/monica gate/ and kennedys bridge-gate/ seems pretty petty Huh? I do believe this is the biggest GATE America has EvER had, yet Nothing will happen?? !! ??

 I just have one question "Why didn't he put that off on Bush? hey, he was just in the W.H. during the unveiling of hiis portrait.. He could have snunk in and stole Secret Classified info and sent it out, RIGHT?  Sure he did..It had to have  been Bush, he's done EveryThings ELSE!!!!!!! Just pass the buck one more time barry.

there is alot of things in the hands of congress. they are helping holder and obama with the stalling for over 18 months on issues that could bring down the obama administration before the elections.

if congress keeps lagging and obama somehow gets elected again he can parden all who get convicted of any criminal charges,a reward for covering and stalling for him. this is why i see them letting this happen.

People involved in the formation of America's Constitution were Wise enough to Distrust the Surrendering of God-Given Powers of Self-Determination to any other individual(s). 

Today, America appears to be inhabited by far too many fools who fail to appreciate the dangers associated with DEPENDENCY.  These are the people the obama people expect will vote for obama.  While I cherish their right to believe that 'government should' take care of them, I do not recognize their alleged 'entitlement' to dispose of America's Constitutional Guarantees to the Citizens of These United States of America.  In short, they have NO RIGHT to make others their Slaves; and/or DEPENDENT upon government.  This is STILL America! 

obama, indeed, is POTUS; but his term of office IS CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED ... just as America's government IS CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED!

Maybe obama 'should' move to china and run for president of china since they already do things in a way he finds 'fair'; instead of continuing in his efforts to FORCE AMERICANS to be something they are NOT!
