Why have a "Free Press"?  What is the proper role of the Media? 

Media and Hollywood are the two most powerful tools of communication.  How should they be used?  Should they be used as tools of war Against The AMERICAN Culture?  Should they be 'in bed' with America's President?

Importantly, Hollywood's Rightful Role is ENTERTAINMENT.  Too bad they do not Honor that role by being Faithful to it.

America's belief in a 'Free Press' is grounded in the knowledge that media have a constructive role to play; But that important role is NOT to Support America's Haters. 

Today, the Media is not doing right by We The AMERICAN People when it comes to obama who, unlike any before him, was provided a media red-carpet ride into America's Oval Office without first having to endure the historic vetting process of the media directed at those seeking the Power of that Office.

I think it's time the Media accept their inherent assignment to do their job.

SEARCH:  Obama's literary agent says he was 'born in Kenya'. How did the mainstream media miss this?

Under the current reported circumstances, it would be a fundamental failure by the Media not to take a good hard look at the obama applications for college; including applications for financial assistance. 

In light of the fact that obama failed to 'correct the long-standing mistake' made by his agent until time to prepare for the throwing of his hat into the ring for POTUS, the Media simply MUST Examine obama's college entrance documentation and applications for financial assistance submitted by obama in order to determine if obama stated he was born in Kenya.  If he did, obama needs to explain himself. 

Frankly, even if he did not, I think obama needs to explain why he remained silent in the face of the LIE by his agent; if in fact it is a lie. 

When it comes to the POTUS, We The AMERICAN People have a DUTY to Inquire as to the reported facts when those facts are as reported here; including the reported facts that obama's paternal grandmother also stated obama was born in Kenya. 

Why would obama's agent and his paternal grandmother both assert that obama was born in Kenya if he was not born in Kenya?
