this stuff should shock me yet it does not. i expect this kind of thing even more so than the failure to charge these future killers.

by no heavy charges being filed so these kids have to kill a teacher before something will be done.

if the refuse to charge the kids,why not the parents they learned this somewhere.

 You know nails, I totally agree with you with SOOO many things, but not with charging Parents. Only because I know some Wonderful Parents with some Worthless kids! ;) Not funny, just very sad. I don't know where these kids go wrong. School and NO doubt some of them at home. But parents shouldn't be held accountable for what their kids do. I just don't agree with that. Some parents are so beside themselves they don't know what to do about it.

 I guess they investagate and charge according. But we sure don't need any more laws against parents than we already have. Some parents turn their own kids in for bad actions. What else can they do?

 I know parents that have actually called the police and filed charges against their kids... They go to jail, come home crying and it all starts all over again.. shame      Values and Faith are missing. Schools are teaching Dependence...

maybe check and see if the parents are not like what i have seen. some in that area are generation gang members all the way to grand parents.

there are some unsuspecting parents then there is also those who parents will support what ever the kid does. i have ran into parents that are so low as to say what their kid got caught stealing that they bought the thing at walmart even with anothers name on it.

the cops have not even charged the kids. now every kid on that campus is at risk of these kids not liking them and have to worry will they be a victim.

says alot of what teachers have to deal with as well. wonder how many other crimes happen that do to it happening at school it never makes the news.

things have changed, juvenile hall was once a place for run aways and out of control kids. its too bad they do not lock them up for that anymore.
