I posted this poll just for kicks to see where other artists' frustrations lie. For me, especially being a landscape artist, is achieving a perfect gradient blend of color...Whether that be in the sky or water, etc. Even when I think I have achieved a near-perfect blend, the next day I notice something I'm not happy, then is drives me nuts just sitting there staring back at me.

So...What is YOUR main frustration when you paint?

I voted other, namely; keeping my priorities right and not ;quickly do those dishes/run out to get washing in/run out to do shopping/do my masters bidding/
painting in my home makes it very hard to concentrate when I know so many other jobs will need to be done
aswell still...and will not go away when I ignore them.

Other, I hate that fact that painting doesn't come easy to me.  I long for the day I find another way to release.  I'm like the golfer who never hits on the driving range or takes a lesson.  Then he gets on the course and can't break 90.   That's right...I don't believe practice makes perfect...I think making the same mistakes over and over again will create new results.
