i hope you had a good holiday. ours was good.
and i finally got a chance to see a few movies.
.... they were ok. i dunno. i've seen so many
movies lately that not much is moving me these
days. so. i've started back on my old stand bys
burn notice, white collar, etc. those are always
pretty good. but there's also lots of summer
re-run stuff on right now.
but anyway. i saw Prometheus. uhm.
did i already discuss this here because i
did not like it. i mean. i don't mind the
alien story line ............. much. lol !!!
but this one jumped the shark!!!!!!!!!!!
especially when the heroine got pregnant
but the baby's father had been infected with
some alien bacterial/seed, or ..... something.....
lol !!!! LOL !!!
anyway. oh boy.
then, the alien/human baby is ready to be
born like ........ within ........ a 3days???????? lol !!!
ok.......
and then ............. lol !!!
she realizes that the baby is not totallly human and
she decides to give herself a "C" section. yeah. you
heard me. lol. some speical futuristic machine
which can be programmed to do certain operations.
............. you still listening?????
so then. while she is on the operating table. uh - hum. yep.
she can feel the alien creature growing inside her so fast,
that she is just antsy to hurry up and get this surgery finished.
i mean. i said a "C" section. ok. you are a man, so it
probably aint hit you yet, but the ladies in the forum know
what i am talking about.
so. "C" section completed in around ...... under 10 mins.
yep. and of course the machine jerks the alien baby outta
of the womb, and is holding it up in the air,
and of course she is trying her best to get away
from it, because it will be walking momentarily. oh. and did i
forget to mention that all of this is happening in an enclosed space.
pause.
ENCLOSED !!!!! LOL !!!!!! AND THAT BABY ( which looks nothing like a human) IS DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS!!!
so. she is laying on the operating table, bobbing and weaving, trying
to stay away from the fast growing alien child ........... WHILE THE MACHINE
IS STAPLING SHUT HER INCISION. ............... and of course, as wondrous
as the machine is.............. it is moving too slowly. lol !!!
finally. she is finally all stapled up . and she somehow, gets out of the
enclosed operating table, shuts the baby in there. and locks it up in the room.
and RUNS. ....... surgery and all. to safety........... well. safety is relative
@ this point, but she gets away from there for the time being.
now. freshly stapled up from a "C" section, she accomplishes all kinds of
other and numerous fantastic feats. i mean. just name it and she does it.............
OH WAIT !!!!!!I FORGET TO MENTION -- SPOILER ALERT, YALL!!! LOL !!!!
ANYWAY............. etc. etc. etc.
and she finally flies away to another planet... with her headless but still operative
personal servant robot. she will attach said head to said body in the sequel..... i guess.
but the helpful/evil robot can still talk @ this point, etc.
anyway. u gotta see it for yourself. lol !!!
but if you have ever seen the movie alien ......... which i have not. Ewwwwww !!!
this movie is the prequel to the movie Alien, and it explains how the alien got there
in the first place. so.
lol !!! now that i have typed this ......... i think it was kinda funny afterall.
i mean. i'm a half full glass type of person, so i gotta get something out of it.
lol !!!
okay ................ what else did i see?
oh yeah. finally saw Safehouse on video / Denzel Washington & Ryan.
you know. for that genre of movie .......... i think it kinda worked. besides.
i like Denzel and Ryan. dang what is Ryan's last name. it's Ryan Reynolds.
they were so good in this movie. i really liked it. but it took me this long to see
it cause i have seen lots of those action adventures (which i love) but i had to get
in the mind set to see it.
now if you wanna see a truly different movie with an unusual and fun story line,
go see Abe Lincoln the Vampire Hunter!!!! now THAT !!!!!! was good. and i
typically don't like the vampire stuff, but this was just so different. action adverture
all the way. NO SPOILER ALERTS. you gotta see it for yourself. and just my opinion,
but kids will not like this movie. and these vampires are the worst. well. maybe
except for the zombies on the tv series, The Living Dead. those creatures are
unbelievable. not my fave !!! Ewwwwww!!!
and
saw some other stuff too.
anyway....
and now that i talked about all of this Ewwwww-y type stuff, lol !!!
i just really just wanna say,
