It is with great reluctance that i feel motivated to speak out on the subject of China`s continued trade cheating? because no matter wqhich was you phrase it..it is cheating and on a massive scale!

weather it be tyre innertubes.Metal pipes,Toys, the list is endless...China not only wants the whole cake but to eat it as well!!

China is not the first country to try and undercut domestic producer prices..but China does it better than any other country in history

And why/how? well it is simply that they rule the roost..there are no checks and balances in China..they can exploit at will...knowing there will be little to no complaint.

and while the West might introduce this tarriff and that Tarriff...it does not hurt the Chinese one little bit..they are just to big and to dominent now.

The west including the USA are really scared of them and there economic strength...and will do almost anything to court them..

The west and the rest of the free world should take a long hard look at themselves and ask if they want China to rule the world? because the way it`s going it will be sooner than most..people think?

And the worlds peoples have got to ask if they wish to continue fuelling the Chinese communists? by there buying patterns...

I have heard so many times..people telling us to engage the Chinese..include them and so on..and the Chinese just laugh....and who can blame them..

they have WTO and others wrapped around there little fingers..and there appears little anyone can do...

The west gets weaker the east stronger by the day...the evidence is all around if you care to look deep enough.

Wake up people..not much time left..to save us from complete chinese dominence..

China does not have the WTO or the west wrapped around their fingers. They merely played by WTO rules established primarily by western countries who historically used these very same rules to their benefit. The WTO rules simply support merchantilism which is at the heart of the globalization problem.

As for the west getting weaker this is true but it is a result of their own doing. The special interests of the select few took precedence over the interests of the common citizen regardless of their country of domicile. One could argue that China could have acted more responsibly but that same argument could be used for the US and European financial sectors. And there are many others (governments and businesses alike) who acted irresponsibly to the detriment of global civil society.

Thus, we need to change the WTO rules in a way that brings about a coherent approach towards sustainable development or the well being for global civil society as a whole. And the WTO is the perfect forum for countries to sit down and develope these new rules which they could then incorporate into their domestic trade laws.
