What is the status of the WTO accession negotiations with Russia ?
In case of successful negaotiations will this improve the horrible import situation in Russia (with extremely strict and ever-changing controls without any predictability) ?
Russia does not want to join the WTO "alone" but only as a customs union together with Belarus and Kazakstan. This will definitely delays the acsession process.
