You may hear the Storm number 9 cover 10 provinces in Central region Vietnam
Here is subsidies to them : Gov –Portal ( 1/10/2009 ) afternoon 1/10 Pri-minister Nguyen Tan Dung visits Central region and decides the solitions .He decides support provinces 10.000 tone rice and 460 billions VND , medicine for hygiency of environment in flood area.
Al things is taken from National Reserve Department belong to Ministry of Finance
Now other organizations carry the collection money,goods for them by charity way .

Support fund for over came floods in some provinces in Cuulong Delta
Gov –Portal (10/10/2009) -Priminister decided take 37, 5 billions VND from National Reserve budget 2009 to give the funds to Pump water in the flood of Cuulong Delta. Concert : Tien Giang ,Tra Vinh ,Soc Trang ,Kien giang ,Camau every provinces will receive 2 billions VND .Vinhlong ,Hau giang ,Bentre , Bac Lieu every province 3 billions VND .Dong Thap will be support 11,5 billions and Can Tho 4 billions

Support 220 billions USD and 7000 tones rice for provinces suffer from Flood
Pri-minister signed the decision 1593 /QD-TTg give 220 billions from National reserve budget for 2009 , give for free 7000 tone rice from National Reserve source support 15 provinces over came the floods. This money is delivery to 15 provinces
Laichau 20 billions , Cao bang 30 billions ,Bac Kan 30 billions ,Ha giang 20 billions ,Quang tri 15 billions and 2000 tones rice , Quang Nam 15 billions dong and 2000 tone rice , Quang Ngai 12 billions and 2000 tone rice
The money will be using for rescue life’s , rebuild schools , health care centers , water out system , prevention of Storm and flood .In Quang Ngai include the clean the sea port
Provinces Nam dinh ,Ha nam ,Thai binh –every province 5 billions VND to buy the petrol , electricity for taking water out , to buy the seeds for planting .2 provinces An Giang 10 billions ,Long An 15 billions to buy petrol , electricity for pump water out protect the rice summer and autumn
Before date 2/10/2009 Pri-minister signed the Decision 1559/QD –TTg give 460 billions from National reserve budget 2009 , and give for free 10.000 tones rice from National Reserve budget support 8 provinces and city : Quang Binh , Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue ,Danang , Quang Nam ,Quang ngai , Binh dinh ,Kon Tum to over came the Storm 9 Source http://vovnews.vn)

I would like to inform to you that the Vietnammese government continues the stimulation package in 3 months more LOAN .Interest rate reduces from 4% to 2% .After this time they will consider put stimulation package more or remove it . |

Sell Vietnamese goods to the rural area, subsidies 70%
( Gov –Portal 6/11/2009 ) – The subsidies for marketing, give the activities take Vietnamese goods to the rural area, industrial zone will have subsidies 70%.It will be pay for renting showrooms, transport and rent workers for activities
Push up the development of domestic market, Ministry of Finance delivery the policies for trading promotion of domestic market 2009, the subsidies in same activities up to 100%
The contents for subsidies 100% are activities for market survey (customers, net trading, and business man), seminars, discussion for trading partners and sharing the experiences for domestic market development, the IEC activities to increasing the community knowledge about Vietnamese goods
The payment for organize festival for selling Vietnamese goods to rural area, industrial zone and city will receive subsidies 70% includes renting payment for showroom, transport and workers
For successful of programme , the projects managements will receive 70% advanced money of Ministry of Finance in 10 days after 10 days the documents completed and receive additional cash or payback after 45 days .

At that moment Animal department give free to chicken racing places from Thua Thien Hue to the North 3,5 doses in 10 millions doses vaccine from OIE give to Vietnam The supply is give priority to Central centers , local center , chicken racing of military and farms private , enterprises and FDI enterprises .
