Second reason, the rice from India is high, every year this country export rice, but this year of drought, and floods, India need import rice and they want import 3 millions rice

The African countries need rice because the Reserve rice finish , every year Africa use 9 millions tone rice , they need import big sum of rice .Even Thailand have big reserve rice but Thailand want export to Africa , so we don’t worry about the rice price can be reduces

But Africa do not have much money for buying rice , so United nation to buy the rice for Africa , now many foreign companies came to Vietnam to buy rice for Africa .Now Malaysia and Indonesia made the agreements for import rice from Vietnam .

Now the rice for export from the rice of 3 times buy for temporally reserve 3 times , 2 times buy under quota of VFA and 1 time buy for quota of Vinafoods 2

The rice in the warehouse of VFA and Vinafood 2 about 1,7 millions tone + rice in ware house out VFA and Vinafoods2 700.000 tone total in Vietnam about 2,4 millions tone rice in warehouse
If the company export all rice in warehouse , if in January /2009 the harvest of winter and spring still not in time tin January and February 2010 , the enterprises will don’t have rice for export .
