Hello!

Later this semester I am going to do a presentation about the WTO.

In particular I am wondering if anyone has any views with regards to the effectiveness of the WTO. What are it's major achievements since it's creation in 1995? Has the WTO done what it intended to do when created? Any failures? And what could it do better?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

hi Mr.(Dr.) Christian,

well it is very important to know the importance of WTO, since it is 10 years past. one thing that has taken place is that Law and Economics has come together with WTO. Earlier International Law was not very much bothered about Trade (or economics), but now we find that Law is taking it strides into the internatinnal economics.
