Your article on ESPN.com concerning how dissappointing the Cardinals were is so far off-base that I shudder to think how you get published.  The Cards deserved the treatment they received?  You're relegating the whole league to this status when you deem the league champion and winningest team to a second-class organization.  The Cardinals had a bad series.  Probably their worst of the year.  They did, however, beat the pants off everyone they faced in interleague and convinced the vast majority of the country that they were the front-runners for the crown.

Your article exhibited a short memory and a defeatest mentality.  The National League isn't like a play in game it is just the other half of the bracket.  Shame on you for suggesting any different.  The Cardinals were GREAT this year.  If you allege any different you're an idiot.  Make a single concession, concede somewhere in your article that we're dissappointed for a good reason.  We're dissappointed because they were the best and the didn't play like it.
