A trade idea floated in todays Trib. : Cubs send Bradley to the Giants along with the 21 million that are left on his 2 yrs.remaining contract,the Giants send Rowand to the Cubs along with the 3 yrs.and 36 million left on his contract. Cubs shed 21 million $ headache and get a guy who is a gamer but eat 15 million more $'ers with Rowand in hand. CF would be Rowand with Reed Johnson in reserve. I believe the Cubs would be wise to resign Johnson and the he!! with the non lefty hitting reserve to back up Rowand.
