I know he brought the Sox a World Series, but the Sox have enough talent to win and need a change.  Many will not like the suggestion, but the roller coaster of good year/bad year despite the same personel seems to point fingers at a problem in management.

While Kenny failed in not dumping Contrares soon enough and counting on Thome to be productive, Ozzie has enough talent to win but fails.
