Tallon says that the Blackhawks will be active in obtaining players this off-season. Here is a look at some of the Blackhawks recent signings: signed center Robert Lang, who had been with the Detroit Red Wings, to a two-year contract; signed center Jacob Dowell and defenseman Jean-Claude Sawyer.
If Robert Lang played with the Blackhawks last year, he would have been there second leading scorer. But who in the hell is Jacob Dowell and Jean-Claude Sawyer. Most major markets are going after not one, but two major players and the Blackhawks are shopping in the re-cylce bin.
I wish someone would buy this team from Food Stamp Bill. This teams does everything on the cheap. I remeber as recently as 30 years ago, the Blackhawks were developing good players. The scouting department found good players like Dominik Hasek. what has happened to this once proud Franchise. They have become the Oakland Radiers of today. Or should I say the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. This team and this organization sucks. You have a great player in Martin Haslet, go and get this guy some real help. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
