I don't know if anyone has noticed but, Bill Cartwright ALWAYS has a disgusted/sour look on his face as he marches up and down in front of the bench.  This demeanor is present, whether the team would be winning or losing. How motivating could this be especially for a young team? It seems the only motivation they get is from Tyson Chandler.
